beta 5 launchApple recently released the 5th version of iOS 7 beta to the iPhone and iPad app developer community. The software release comes a little over a week since the tech giant released the 4th Beta version of the mobile operating system.

According to 9 to 5 Mac, highlights of the 5th release include:

  • New Xcode 5 developer tools
• New icon set for social network sharing options
  • Speed and platform stability improvements
  • A series of UI updates to icons and navigation assets
  • New animations across the system

As an iPhone app developer in Las Vegas its impressive to see the organization and execution on Apple’s end while they roll-out each successive version of iOS 7 Beta. This new platform has been dubbed the most important update to the software since the operating system was introduced on the first iPhone in 2007. The release of iOS 7 has the mobile app developer community working overtime to push major updates to their apps before iOS 7 is released to the public. There is a lot of excitement in the air and the apps Dogtown Media is working on at the moment mix the perfect amount of fashion with function.
